Refunds can only be issued for items purchased directly from www.breo.com. All other refunds would be issued by the reseller.
As soon as your refund or exchange has been processed, we’ll email you to let you know. Please allow up to 28 days for the process of your refund or exchange. All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.
Upon inspection of returned product, Breo will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Breo reserves the right not to refund the item and have to send it back to you at your expense.
