If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered from, send them back - within 28 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition, i.e. unworn and complete with any original labels and we will refund your money or exchange it for a different size or colour.

  1. Visit the UPS status page for your order by clicking on the 'Track Package' button from your Shipping Confirmation email.
  2. Click the 'Return This Package' button to begin the returns process.
  3. Enter the requested information and print your returns label.
  4. Locate your nearest UPS Access Point  HERE  then drop off at your convenience.

As soon as your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know. Please allow up to 28 days for the process of your refund or exchange. All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.

Upon inspection of returned product, Breo will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Breo reserves the right not to refund the item and have to send it back to you at your expense.
