If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered from breo.com, send them back - within 28 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition, i.e. unworn and complete with any original labels and we will refund your money or exchange it for a different size or colour.

Refunds can only be issued for items purchased directly from www.breo.com. All other refunds would be issued by the reseller.

As soon as your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know. Please allow up to 28 days for the process of your refund or exchange. All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.

Faulty Products Returns

All watches are supplied with a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical defects to the watch. Excluded are malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence. This also excludes the replacement of snapped straps after the first 28 days. More Information is displayed within the instruction booklet that comes with the watch. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon inspection of returned product, Breo will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Breo reserves the right not to refund the item and have to send it back to you at your expense.
